Bell County is a county located in the U.S. state of Texas. Bell County is part of the Killeen–Temple, TX Metropolitan Statistical Area. It's the largest mass murder by firearm in the United States up to that time. Hennard shouted "This is what Bell County did to me! Bush signs new law easing restrictions on carrying handguns by allowing Texans to carry concealed weapons with a required permit for concealed weapons.
